Nancy

I am a registered dental hygienist, and graduated from the Career Studies Center in Dental Assisting and Allegany College in Dental Hygiene. I have worked in the dental field for 34 years and started working at Potomac Dental Centre in March of 2008. Our patients are wonderful people and I enjoy getting to know each and every one of them! Born and raised in Hagerstown, I moved to Waynesboro for 20 years and am glad to be home again to bring my knowledge and enthusiasm as a dental hygienist to my community.

Melinda

I am a registered dental hygienist and graduated from Allegany College in 1989. I have worked as a hygienist for 21 years and joined the team in April of 2010. I am committed to giving my patients friendly and compassionate care with a gentle touch. I look forward to continuing my education with courses in Invisalign and Conscious Oral Sedation. I hope my smile and friendliness brings confidence to my patients and makes our office a great place to visit.

Caroline

I was born and raised in the Washington County area and am the girl-next-door who blossomed into a competent professional. As a member of the National Association of Dental Assistants, I hold dual licensure as a Qualified Dental Assistant and Radiograph Technician. My continuing education consists of Cerinate Lumineers, Invisalign and Conscious Oral Sedation. I have been working at Potomac Dental Centre since 2000 and bring to the practice a steady hand and a soothing touch that makes appointments easy for both the dentists and patients.

Jenn

I was born and raised in Raleigh County, West Virginia and moved to Maryland in 1996. I have been a dental assistant since 1992, starting right out of high school. I have been part of this team since 2008 and am continuing to expand my functions by learning about Invisalign and Conscious Oral Sedation. I hold an Expanded Duties Certificate and am X-ray certified. As the mother of four, I am always ready for a challenge and will help out in any way I can. I love dental assisting because it lets me help the doctor create a beautiful smile while meeting new and wonderful people on a daily basis.

Samantha

I started my dental career here at Potomac Dental Centre in November of 2008. I have completed the Dental Assisting course and the Radiographic Imaging program at Hagerstown Community College. I am friendly and caring and enjoy interacting with our patients. I strive to make each patient as comfortable as possible and I want their dental experience to be as positive as possible. I will always strive to further my education to instill the importance of a healthy lifestyle through great oral care.

I moved from California to Maryland in 1976 and have been with Potomac Dental Centre since 1997 as an administrative assistant. I am also Dr. Rhett's scheduling coordinator and try to ensure that each appointment is on time, every time! The mother of five children and grandmother to six grandchildren, I am a skilled multi-tasker who helps the practice flow gently and quietly throughout each work day.

Cintia

I am a graduate of River Plate University in Argentina. I joined the Potomac Dental Centre team in 2005 as an administrative assistant and currently am the hygiene department's scheduling coordinator. I enjoy taking on new projects that make the office run better and more efficiently so our patients can have a pleasant and seamless visit each time. I always have a friendly smile and enjoy assisting patients with all the procedures involved when it comes to insurance and scheduling appointments.
